The Food Movement Operates the First and Foremost Food Truck Commissary in the Southeast

The management of The Food Movement is dedicated to supporting and incubating Atlanta's growing food truck community. 


Jack Gerblick is a successful entrepreneur who founded Peachtree Secure Shredding. This mobile shredding business deployed trucks all around Atlanta to satisfy corporate customers in need of flexible document destruction and recycling capabilities. After selling his business to Cintas, Jack was searching for another area in which to apply his extensive knowledge of route-based businesses. Starting the Food Movement was a natural extension of Jack's expertise. Jack's main focus at The Food Movement is sales.


Paul McKeon is a chef and all around foodie.  As a former Partner at Ketchum, one of the world’s largest public relations agencies and as former owner of The Content Factor, Paul uses his past expertise and passion for food to spearhead The Food Movement's marketing efforts.
